Pricing · Keystone

Five engines. Five pricing models.

Keystone monetizes the same verified module record five times — at registry, at pool, at disbursement, at insurance, and at index. Each engine has its own pricing. One thing in common: we never take a regulated fee.

How Keystone is priced overall

The one-paragraph summary before the table.

Keystone charges a per-transaction usage fee at the Registry (creates the record), basis points on disbursement and insurance (visible on every release + policy record for cost transparency), per-pool subscription plus partner revenue-share on Capital Rail (never gain-on-sale on placed securities), and annual licensing tiers on the Modular Index (Standard, Pro, and Enterprise). Specific fee levels are set during the engagement conversation. No platform fee during design-partner evaluation.

Every regulated activity — credit ratings, insurance binding, securities placement, fund movement — is performed by a licensed partner, not by Keystone. See the partner-model architecture.

Engine Pricing How it bills Who pays
Module Registry
Toll events
Per-event usage fee
Per module insert · smaller per-event fees on lifecycle, pool, disbursement, policy
Auto-metered at every insert / state change. No subscription. Manufacturer or registering party
Capital Rail
Indicative pool-grade + pre-screen analytics
Per-pool SaaS
+ partner revshare on the NRSRO data-feed fee and the broker-dealer pre-screen fee. Never on gain-on-sale.
Quoted per-pool or per-issuer. Keystone provides the analytics; NRSRO + broker-dealer partners handle the regulated rating and placement, and Keystone's revshare is a share of their data-feed and pre-screen fees only. Lender / GSE / LIHTC syndicator
Disbursement Rail
Verified-release government API
20–30 bps per release
SaaS usage fee, set per program at creation
SaaS fee in basis points × disbursement amount, visible on every audit row. Keystone verifies; existing payment rails move funds. Government program (HUD / HFA / CDFI)
Insurance Rail

Licensed MGA partners bind policies on carrier paper. Keystone licenses the pricing engine to the MGA — flat per-policy or revshare. MGA / specialty carrier / reinsurer

Modular Index — tier detail

License the index that turns the registry into a benchmark.

Same underlying data, three depths of access. Pick the tier that matches how your team consumes data — snapshot, API, or raw underlying.

  • Monthly Index snapshot
  • Quarterly trend report
  • Email distribution

Design-partner workspaces

For early adopters — manufacturers seeding their first registry, state HFAs piloting verified-release disbursement, MGAs onboarding their first quoting cohort — Keystone offers a design-partner workspace at zero platform fees for a defined evaluation period. Registry toll, Capital Rail per-pool analytics, Disbursement Rail release fees, and shared MGA commissions are waived until you choose to deploy.

The trade is access: design partners get a direct line to product development, early API surface area, and a price commitment for the first 24 months of production. Slots are limited per quarter. Apply for a design-partner workspace →

Enterprise + portfolio contracts

Multi-engine deployments, jurisdiction-wide programs, and portfolio- scale commitments are quoted directly. Volume discounts apply on two line items only: per-event Registry tolls and the Capital Rail per-pool analytics subscription. Capital Rail does not charge gain-on-sale on placed securities in any tier — enterprise, portfolio, or otherwise — so there is no gain-on-sale schedule to discount. The NRSRO data-feed and broker-dealer pre-screen revenue-share arrangements are set by the licensed partner's own pricing and are not part of the Callisto Bridge invoice.
