Applied AI · Phase 03

Operate — Callisto Bridge runs the AI. You run the business.

The AI system we built during Deploy needs monitoring, retraining, incident response, model upgrades, prompt tuning, and honest measurement. Callisto Bridge does all of it on your behalf. Your customers get an always-on AI capability. Your team is not on-call for it. Every observation feeds back into the R&D pillar behind Applied AI.

Phase 03 of Analyze · Deploy · Operate · A Callisto Bridge offering

The one-paragraph answer

What Operate is, in a single paragraph.

Operate is the ongoing engagement where Callisto Bridge runs the AI features we built for you — monitors them, retrains them on schedule, handles incidents, upgrades models when upgrades earn their keep, tunes prompts, evaluates against adversarial sets, and reports honestly on whether each feature is moving the operating number it was built to move. Your team stays focused on your business; Callisto Bridge runs the AI capability inside it.

What Operate covers

Seven ongoing disciplines. Callisto Bridge runs all of them.

Not "AI as a service" in the seat-license sense. AI as a capability, operated with R&D-grade rigor, on your behalf.

Discipline 01

Monitoring + alerting

Latency, cost per call, error rate, drift, evaluation-set regression, and the actual operating number the feature was built to move. Alerts routed through your incident stack; responders are our team.

Discipline 02

Retraining

Continuous where the data supports it; scheduled where it doesn't. Every retrain runs golden-set regression and adversarial evals before promotion. Regression rolls back automatically.

Discipline 03

Incident response

Callisto Bridge engineers on-call for AI-related incidents. Documented runbook, escalation ladder, post-incident review. Your team is paged only if severity crosses your defined threshold.

Discipline 04

Model + provider upgrades

When a new model version ships, we evaluate it against your evaluation set within days. Upgrade only if it materially improves outcomes on your metrics. No novelty chasing.

Discipline 05

Prompt + orchestration tuning

Prompt engineering, retrieval tuning, guardrail refinement — versioned in your repository, tested against your evaluation set, reviewed like any code change.

Discipline 06

Cost optimization

Ongoing work to keep cost per outcome falling: caching, request batching, model routing (cheap models for cheap tasks), context trimming. Measured against your unit economics.

Discipline 07

Honest outcome measurement

Monthly report on whether each shipped feature is moving the operating number it was built to move. If a feature isn't earning its keep, we fix it or retire it. No vanity metrics.

The flywheel back to R&D

Every Operate engagement compounds back into research.

Operate is the connective tissue between Callisto Bridge's R&D program and the partners we serve. Data patterns we see under load, evaluation-set edge cases we discover, retrieval strategies that work — all inform pillar 06 of the research program, which in turn ships better primitives back into every partner's Operate engagement. Aggregate lessons never expose partner-specific data or configuration. This is what makes Applied AI compound over time.

Not vendor lock-in

You can leave Operate whenever you want.

A defined handoff period — typically thirty to sixty days — transfers on-call, runbook, dashboards, historical incidents, evaluation-set walkthrough, and retraining procedures to your team. Everything you owned at the end of Deploy is still yours; everything accumulated during Operate joins it. Applied AI is a capability partnership, not a captivity arrangement.

Next step

Operate starts when Deploy lands. Deploy starts with Analyze.

Every Applied AI engagement begins with a twenty-five-minute Discovery call. If Applied AI is a fit, Analyze scopes it; Deploy ships it; Operate runs it. Book below.
