What Deploy is, in a single paragraph.
Deploy is the phase where Callisto Bridge engineers build the AI features on the Analyze shortlist, integrate them into your product, wire the audit trail and evaluation harness, and hand off runnable, monitorable, rollback-capable software under your brand. Six to sixteen weeks per feature, in parallel where dependencies allow. You own the code and the model weights at the end.

Hash-chained record of every AI output, the prompt that produced it, the model version, and the retrieval context. Queryable by your team and by any auditor you need to satisfy.

Golden-set regression tests that run every deploy. Adversarial evaluations that probe failure modes before your customers find them. Reproducible, scriptable, in your CI.

Monitoring + alerts
Dashboards for latency, cost per call, error rate, drift, and the actual operating number the feature was built to move. On-call alerting integrated with your incident stack.

Rollback plan
Every feature has a documented, tested rollback path. Feature flags on every code path. No AI capability ships without a way to turn it off cleanly.

Runbook
Written operating procedures your team or ours can execute. What to check when latency spikes. How to retrain. How to update prompts safely. How to onboard a new team member.
What you own at the end
Deploy is not a black box. You own it.
Applied AI is a capability partnership, not vendor lock-in. Everything Callisto Bridge builds inside your product belongs to you at the end of Deploy. If you decide to run the AI in-house from that point forward, you can. If you want us to continue running it, we move into Operate.

Code + configuration
All AI feature code lives in your repository under your license. Configuration, prompts, evaluation sets, dashboards — yours.
You own
Model weights
Any fine-tuned model weights or LoRAs trained on your data are yours. If you switch model providers later, the weights travel with you.

Documentation
Runbook, architecture doc, monitoring dashboards, on-call procedures, and knowledge-transfer materials — yours to keep, edit, and hand to any team.
Callisto Bridge retains
Generic infrastructure patterns
Retrieval libraries, evaluation harnesses, guardrail patterns, and R&D primitives that apply across partners. None of them are specific to your product; all of them are available to your team via a standard OSS-style license.
