Discovery
You describe your business, your product, your team, and
the pressure you're getting on AI. Daniel Newland tells you
honestly whether Applied AI is a fit, what an Analyze
engagement would produce, and what it would cost. If
Applied AI isn't a fit, the call ends there and no one is
billed for anything.
Deliverable: a scoped Analyze proposal (if fit)
or a direct "not a fit — here's what would fit better" answer.
Form 02 · Fixed-scope · 2–6 weeks
Analyze
A paid engagement to produce the four written deliverables
described on the Analyze page.
Fee is fixed at the start of the engagement based on scope
surfaced in Discovery. Deliverables are yours whether or
not you continue to Deploy.
What drives the fee: product surfaces in
scope, personas to interview, data landscape complexity,
regulatory environment.
Form 03 · Feature-priced · 6–16 wks per feature
Deploy
Each prioritized feature from the Analyze shortlist is
scoped and priced individually. Fee reflects engineering
weeks, model + infrastructure costs (pass-through),
integration complexity, and the six R&D-grade
deliverables from the Deploy page.
Features can ship in sequence or in parallel; pricing
scales linearly with feature count.
What drives the fee: engineering weeks per
feature, complexity of integration, evaluation-set
construction time, audit + provenance work.
Form 04 · Month-to-month · Minimum term post-Deploy
Operate
Ongoing monthly fee to run the AI features Callisto Bridge
built. Fee reflects the run rate: features under operation,
call volume, SLA level, evaluation cadence. Cost per outcome
falls over time as Operate work compounds (caching, cheaper
model routing, better retrieval).
What drives the fee: features under
operation, SLA level, evaluation cadence, incident-response
expectations, retraining frequency.
