Applied AI · Pricing

Four commercial forms. Structural, not per-seat.

Applied AI is a capability partnership, not a seat license. Discovery is free. Analyze is a fixed-scope paid engagement. Deploy is feature-priced. Operate is ongoing. Model and infrastructure costs pass through at cost. Specific fee levels are set per engagement because engagements vary by three orders of magnitude in scope.

Pricing framework · A Callisto Bridge offering

The one-paragraph answer

How pricing works, in a single paragraph.

Discovery is free and scopes an engagement. Analyze is a fixed-scope paid engagement that produces the four written deliverables — opportunity map, readiness assessment, prioritized shortlist, ROI model. Deploy prices per shortlisted feature; the same features can ship in sequence or in parallel. Operate is ongoing at a monthly rate that reflects run cost, not build cost. Model and infrastructure bills pass through at cost. Callisto Bridge does not publish per-dollar rate cards; Discovery is the conversation that produces a real number for a real engagement.

The four forms

What you're actually paying for, in each phase.

Form 01 · Free · 25 minutes

Discovery

You describe your business, your product, your team, and the pressure you're getting on AI. Daniel Newland tells you honestly whether Applied AI is a fit, what an Analyze engagement would produce, and what it would cost. If Applied AI isn't a fit, the call ends there and no one is billed for anything.

Deliverable: a scoped Analyze proposal (if fit) or a direct "not a fit — here's what would fit better" answer.

Form 02 · Fixed-scope · 2–6 weeks

Analyze

A paid engagement to produce the four written deliverables described on the Analyze page. Fee is fixed at the start of the engagement based on scope surfaced in Discovery. Deliverables are yours whether or not you continue to Deploy.

What drives the fee: product surfaces in scope, personas to interview, data landscape complexity, regulatory environment.

Form 03 · Feature-priced · 6–16 wks per feature

Deploy

Each prioritized feature from the Analyze shortlist is scoped and priced individually. Fee reflects engineering weeks, model + infrastructure costs (pass-through), integration complexity, and the six R&D-grade deliverables from the Deploy page. Features can ship in sequence or in parallel; pricing scales linearly with feature count.

What drives the fee: engineering weeks per feature, complexity of integration, evaluation-set construction time, audit + provenance work.

Form 04 · Month-to-month · Minimum term post-Deploy

Operate

Ongoing monthly fee to run the AI features Callisto Bridge built. Fee reflects the run rate: features under operation, call volume, SLA level, evaluation cadence. Cost per outcome falls over time as Operate work compounds (caching, cheaper model routing, better retrieval).

What drives the fee: features under operation, SLA level, evaluation cadence, incident-response expectations, retraining frequency.

Pass-through costs

Model + infrastructure bills, at cost. Never marked up.

Model API bills, inference infrastructure, vector databases, monitoring tools, and any other third-party services required to run the AI features are invoiced to you at cost. Callisto Bridge does not resell infrastructure. Our fee is for the R&D-grade engineering and operations work, not for a margin on someone else's cloud bill.

This is the same disciplined-pricing posture Keystone applies to its Disbursement Rail — a visible basis-points usage fee that shows on every release record, never a hidden markup. See Keystone's pricing framework →

Design-partner terms

Trade a longer commitment for a lower fee. Limited to early verticals.

Callisto Bridge is looking for a small number of design partners in verticals where we want to build reference Applied AI deployments — vertical SaaS with 100–500 customers, insurance MGAs, industrial equipment OEMs, and select government + institutional programs. Design-partner engagements trade a discounted fee for a longer commitment (minimum 12 months), deeper access to your operations, and case-study permission after the initial deployment.

If your situation fits and design-partner economics matter to you, raise it during Discovery. We can't accept every design-partner request; a fit is required in both directions.

Next step

Pricing is a Discovery conversation, not a price sheet.

Twenty-five minutes. You describe the business. We tell you whether Applied AI is a fit, what an Analyze engagement would produce for you specifically, and what it would cost. Both directions are honest.
