  1. What is Callisto Bridge?

Callisto Bridge LLC is an R&D infrastructure company. It builds verified data and AI infrastructure that other companies embed inside their own products. Keystone is its verified-asset rail for industrial supply chains, currently launched in industrialized construction. Applied AI is its embedded-AI capability partnership for vertical SaaS platforms, industrial equipment OEMs, insurance MGAs, and government programs that need AI in their product but do not have an ML team. Callisto Bridge LLC is a Texas LLC founded in 2026 by Daniel Newland, affiliated with TechStack Consulting LLC as a sister company.

  2. What is Keystone?

Keystone is the verified-asset rail for industrialized construction. Every module built on the factory line gets a signed, hashed, KeyScore-scored record. Five downstream engines (registry, capital, disbursement, insurance, and index) read the same record. The architecture generalizes across EV batteries, solar, and specialty industrial equipment. Patent pending.

  3. How is Callisto Bridge different from a modular-construction SaaS?

Modular-construction SaaS runs your factory. Callisto Bridge does not. Keystone is the verified-asset layer that sits on top of your existing MES, ERP, and payment rails and turns each module into a financeable, insurable, priceable record for downstream buyers who could not read your data before. Different audience. Different revenue model.

  4. Is Keystone a credit rating agency, MGA, broker-dealer, or money transmitter?

None of the above. Keystone is data infrastructure. NRSRO partners issue the official credit rating. Licensed MGA partners bind insurance on carrier paper. SEC-registered broker-dealers place any securities. Existing federal, state, and Treasury rails move funds. Keystone provides the verified record every regulated function reads.

  5. Who is Keystone for?

Manufacturers who already produce QA and inspection data. Lenders, insurers, HFAs, and capital partners who cannot price what they cannot verify. Government programs (HUD, HFA, IIJA, IRA §45X) that need to gate disbursement on verified milestones.

  6. What is Applied AI?

Applied AI is Callisto Bridge's R&D-grade AI capability partnership. Callisto Bridge becomes the AI capability inside a partner's business (analyzing product and operations, shipping AI features their customers notice, operating the running system with hash-chained audit and verified provenance). The partner sells the outcome as if they built it. Not consulting; an embedded capability.

  7. How is Applied AI different from AI consulting?

Consulting sells decks, recommendations, and a build spec. Applied AI becomes the AI capability itself: analyzes, ships, and operates the AI inside the partner's product on the partner's behalf. The partner's customers benefit as if the AI were built in-house. Functionally, it is. Same commercial pattern as Keystone: build the R&D-grade layer, partner sells the outcome.

  8. What is the design-partner pilot?

A six-week paid pilot in which Callisto Bridge ingests 25 to 100 anonymized asset records from a candidate partner, produces the corresponding registry, KeyScore, and downstream engine outputs against their real data, and delivers a written outcome brief with per-asset records. Zero-fee workspace during evaluation, preferred production pricing, directional ownership of the vertical playbook.

  9. Is there a live demo I can walk without an account?

Yes. No signup, no auth wall. Full five-engine flow across four verified-asset verticals (modular housing, EV batteries, solar components, medical devices).

  10. Where can I read the technical detail?

Every engine has a dedicated page under /keystone/. Every buyer role has a page under /for/. Every field note lives at /insights/ with numbered source citations. The record schema and Modular Index methodology are published under CC0 at /datasets/.
